The Annual General Meeting is one of the most important annual events of the Erasmus Student Network, bringing together Network members for several days of discussions and exchange of experience and best practice.
The AGM will take place over four days; the programme covers a series of plenary sessions, speeches, presentations and discussions on issues of importance to the Network and its members.
In addition, several workshops on different topics will be organised, offering the members the opportunity to exchange best practices and learn from each other.
Plenary sessions are at the very heart of the event. This is the time when AGM participants discuss about the future of the network, achievements and projects.
Around 18 hours of sessions are necessary.
The Open Forum will create a space for all AGM participants to discuss before the plenary sessions the issues on which AGM has to decide. As the time for discussions during the plenary sessions will be limited, the Open Forum is an opportunity to discuss ideas, get relevant information, read the documents one more time before voting.
In addition to offering the network members the possibility to get to know each other and find out about what fellow sections do, the Infomarket will also be an opportunity to present the home universities, cities, regions and countries to the inhabitants of Besançon. Undergraduates, postgraduates, as well as high school students are invited to the event.
Infomarket is one of the key events of AGM of Erasmus Student Network where international students present their university exchange programs. Each year it becomes more popular and gathers a lot of local students and graduates looking forward to going abroad.
