Participants
Registration is closed and ESN International validated the whole waitinglist ! Every registered member will join us in March for AGM 2008.
After the registration process there are 469 registered ESNers : 210 Section Delegates; 159 Section Partcicipants; 14 International Board members and AGM Chairs; 26 National Representatives; 24 Country Delegates; 7 Guests; 29 Alumni;

Raymond Forni
The AGM 2008 organizing committee is very sorry to announce the death of Raymond Forni, President of the Region Franche-Comté, on January 5th 2008.
Raymond Forni was a former President of the Assemblée Nationale (French House of Representatives) Député, and President of our Region since 2004.
The OC would like to salute the memory of a man very committed to his Region, a man who believed in a united Europe.

Registration and payment
The registered ESN members are validated by the OC/ESN (NR, IB, Alumni, CD, Guest) and from this moment on, the validated participants will have two weeks for paying the AGM fee. And the moment on which you register matters for the amount you pay, that means that every person who REGISTERED before January 15th 2008 pays 110€ and every person who registered after this date pays 150€ (this concerns the waitinglist and the official list and is totally independent from the day on which you pay).

Press conference of AGM 2008
On December 11th was held a press conference on the organization of the ESN Annual General Meeting 2008. The University of Franche-Comté welcomed the local press and television, the organizing committee and the main partners. Learn more in the "press corner".

AGM 2008 Registration is launched
The AGM 2008 registration process is now open on www.agm2008.eu. Please read carefully the information about the registration process. Before starting registration you must register on ESN identity. And don't forget that Alumni and section participants have to wait for in/vaildation of ESN International by February 10th.

AGM2008 Registration
The AGM 2008 registration process is postponed to December 5th due to the CNR Meeting in Sarajevo (28th november - december 3rd) where last details about the participants' selection will be decided. We are sorry about this delay. All is being done to make everything clear for sections and national boards to send their delegates.

Tutorial projects for AGM 2008
The Organising Committee is glad to announce that 6 student groups are now working on AGM 2008.
AGM 2008 is a "tutorial project" for around 35 students from the IUT (University Technological Institute), three groups are working on the corporate identity of the event, one group is working on the organization and more precisely the Infomarket, one group is working on press relations and one group is working on the AGM journal and audiovisual means. Number of participants
The Organizing Committee is happy to announce that 20 more places will be given out for AGM participants.
In Prague, Julien & Joachim ensured 450 places, so there are now 470 places available.
The repartition process will be decided both by the IB and the CNR.

Visit to Besançon
To get a little taste of what is waiting for you, I visited Besançon for a few days. I'd say a lovely small city will warmly welcome you.
The OC is full of energy and as basically the whole city very much looking forward to receiving you here. Be prepared for hard work, but as you know also for some professional parties :-)
